Return and Refund Policy


1. Final Sales

  • All our products are carefully selected and inspected to ensure their quality before shipping. Due to the personalized and hygienic nature of hair extensions, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. We recommend reviewing the descriptions, photos, and product details before completing your purchase to ensure it meets your expectations.

2. Undelivered Packages

  • If your package does not arrive at its destination and the provided address is correct, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost. To request a replacement, you must notify us within 7 business days after the estimated delivery date.
  • Important: If the package is lost or not delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer, we cannot offer a replacement or refund. Therefore, we recommend verifying your address before finalizing your purchase.

3. Shipping Process

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 48 to 72 hours after payment confirmation. The estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 business days within the United States.
  • During periods of high demand, such as special promotions or holidays, processing and delivery times may vary. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.
  • Please note that we will not respond to tracking requests before the estimated delivery date. If your order has not arrived after this period, contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.

Shipping Policy

  • We work diligently to ship your order as quickly as possible. In-stock items are shipped within 48 to 72 hours after payment confirmation.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

2. Address Verification

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct, complete, and up-to-date at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to errors in the address provided.
  • If you need to update your address after placing your order, contact us immediately. However, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

3. Lost Packages in Transit

  • While we are not responsible for packages lost during transit, we will be happy to help you track your order and resolve any delivery-related issues.
  • If the package is returned to us due to a customer error (incorrect address, package refusal, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

If you receive a product with manufacturing defects (unrelated to use or handling), contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
